    The process of designing and writing text takes about 2 weeks on average, while programming and other settings can take about 3 weeks. With online stores, the process may take a little longer due to complexity and additional integrations.

  • Do I have to write the texts and provide the images myself?

    No, unless you want it or you already have a text ready. We write all sales texts and provide professional stock photos that match your business. You can also send us your pictures if you want us to put them on the site.

  • How is payment made?

    Usually, an advance of 50% is paid and the other half after the completion of the project. However, in order to relieve you financially, within this offer we ask you to pay in 12 monthly installments.

  • Do I need to know anything about the technical side of the site?

    No. All settings, connections and maintenance are done by us. You also get basic training on how to add and change content yourself, completely independent of any agency or developer.

  • Will my site work on mobile phones?

    Of course. All our sites are responsive, which means that they must be adapted for phones and tablets.

  • Is hosting included in the price?

    Hosting is included in the price for the first year. After that, we can recommend a package with hosting and a domain, or help you secure them with a reliable provider. You register the domain (for example boldizart.com) yourself so that it is exclusively owned by you.

  • What if I need changes later?

    The package includes basic support and maintenance. For major changes or additional functionalities, we provide a special offer

  • Are you optimizing your site for Google Search (SEO)?

    Yes. We include basic and technical SEO optimization: keywords, meta descriptions, sitemap and site submission to Google.

  • Do you provide a guarantee?

    Yes. We guarantee the correctness and functionality of the site in accordance with the contract.
